Intended Audience: Local agency consultants and agency staff valuing and obtaining property rights on transportation projects involving federal aid in any phase of the project.

This presentation will review the updated 2025 MDOT Real Estate Procedure Manual as it relates to the federal final rule updates. It will include a review of specific regulations and procedures related to local agency valuation, acquisition and relocation per the Uniform Act, the Michigan Uniform Condemnation Procedures Act and the MDOT Real Estate Procedure Manual.

The registration deadline for this hybrid event is October 27, 2025.

Real estate CECs will not be available for this training. Certificates of Attendance will include 2 instructional hours.
