Intended Audience: Decision makers such as Engineers, Technicians, Board Members, Trustees, and Supervisors.

Otta Seal is a bituminous surface treatment that was first used in Norway in the 1960s. Agencies in the United States have undergone trials in recent years with Otta Seals. This Michigan LTAP Technology Transfer Research Highlight Presentation will provide an overview of who has used Otta Seals, along with details on how, where and when to use Otta Seals successfully.
