Event Details

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the event has been rescheduled from Thursday, October 2, 2025, to Wednesday, December 10, 2025, from 9:00–11:30 a.m. (ET).

Intended Audience: Local Agency Consultants, Waiver Valuation Preparers, and Local Agency Staff working with property rights valuation and acquisition for projects involving federal aid in any phase of the project.

This class is a 2025 Waiver Valuation update for local agency projects with federal aid. It will explain when a Waiver Valuation may be used and will review the reports approved to be used under the new federal final rule (2024) and the MDOT Real Estate Procedure Manual (May 2025).

The registration deadline for this hybrid event is December 9, 2025.
