Event Details

Intended Audience: Local agency maintenance workers with some welding experience - self-taught & non-certified welders are welcome.

Required PPE: Participants should wear protective clothing and bring their own safety gear - welding helmet, gloves, safety glasses, welding jacket (if possible)

This 2-day in-person training takes place from 7:00am-4:00pm both days and covers welding & cutting safety, duty cycle, welding defects, equipment maintenance, demonstrations, SMAW (stick), GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG).

Registration for this online event closes on August 1st or when the class reaches maximum capacity.
