Virtual & In-Person registration are available for this event. Please note that in-person seating is limited.

Intended Audience: local public agencies

This class will cover:
> Property disposal procedures and requirements of property purchased within a project using any federal funds.
> Top valuation topics requested from local agencies.
> Federal and state required documents provided to an owner when acquiring property for federal projects.

This training has been approved for 2 hours of Michigan continuing education credits for Real Estate Salesperson and Broker licenses.
