Attendees will learn about the benefits and core components of water asset management and how they can begin creating an asset inventory and an actionable plan to improve the capacity and sustainability of their utility.\nThe main objectives of this training include: \n>> Identifying the 5 core components of asset management. \n>> Developing an inventory of utility components. \n>> Identifying critical assets for sustained operations. \n>> Making decisions about how to operate, maintain, repair, and replace those assets. \n>> Setting goals for level of service at a sustainable cost.\nLunch is on your own from 12pm-1pm. There are nearby food options.
