What do you do if you need additional right-of-way parcels on a project?  This webinar will overview the requirements for acquiring right-of-way parcels on a federal-aid project.  Participants will learn about when a waiver valuation may be used, as well as the three approved methods for developing a waiver valuation.  They will also receive an update on changes to the Local Public Agency Oversight chapter of the Michigan Department of Transportation's Real Estate Procedure Manual.
